Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce solution delivery, including configuration, consulting, and implementation across complex environments, or a minimum of 10 years of on-the-job experience. A cloud professional certification is also required. Applicants must be US Citizens and have deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Consultants will ensure customer-facing projects are delivered with exceptional satisfaction and technical excellence, acting as brand ambassadors and staying current on leading practices. They will execute configurations, contribute to entry-level design, perform functional testing, and manage requirements tied to user stories. Responsibilities include reviewing backlogs, assessing progress, engaging stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and cloud service providers. Consultants will refine requirements, clarify functional expectations, document acceptance criteria, perform Salesforce configurations, review design decisions with architects, and develop and execute testing scripts. They will also collaborate with developers and architects, eliminate ambiguities in story definitions, and support documentation of configuration decisions for audit and compliance.
