Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales manager, Key Account Manager, Trade marketing or in another similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Experience with sales and In-store and E-commerce solutions - particularly from the perspective of FMCG manufacturers or retailers - is a strong advantage
  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities
  • Self-driven, reliable, resilient, and quick to adapt
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Solid analytical skills - confidence in working with data is essential
  • Willingness to relocate to Prague, CZ if successful

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding for In-store and E-commerce solutions, including contract negotiation, education, presentations, and business case development
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders (marketing, sales, research, and senior management)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with global and local teams (E-comm, In-store, Sales, Customer Service, Analytics) to share best practices and drive commercial success
  • Own and deliver on defined commercial goals and performance targets
  • Provide analytical support by interpreting data and recommending optimizations in sales, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution
  • Develop and expand client portfolio of E-commerce and In-store solutions, including maintaining existing client relationships and growing the client base
