Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience within media sales
  • The ability to present to agency groups and construct excellent proposals, schedules supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals
  • An appreciation of the market trading conditions and the ability to negotiate trading discounts on casual business in conjunction with the Group Business Manager
  • Right to lawfully work and live in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Group Business Manager to achieve revenue targets for an assigned group of media agencies and direct clients across publishing assets
  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for media planners/buyers and deliver exceptional customer service to advertising agencies and clients
  • Be committed to overachieving both individual and team monthly revenue targets
  • Prospect new direct clients
  • Create targeted advertising schedules across all channels based on briefs received from clients or advertising agencies
  • Work closely with the Powered team to deliver new and relevant opportunities for brands
  • Ensure delivery of post analysis reports to clients
  • Facilitate the sale of various publishing sponsorships across sport, news, and entertainment
