Requirements

Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport building skills
Ideally experience of generating new leads and creating sales appointments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Full use of Microsoft suite of products
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Cheadle office in South Manchester
Ability to work alternating shifts between 9am-5:30pm and 10:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

Create sales opportunities through 'warm' inbound/outbound calls with direct customers
Learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (with full training provided) to refer customers that meet lending policy requirements
Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers to maximise potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts to meet regulatory requirements
Take warm inbound sales calls from potential customers
Make warm outbound calls to existing customers (e.g., those coming to the end of their term needing a new mortgage product)
Set appointments for Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors
Focus on quality calls using provided daily leads and become a product expert to support customers with the right mortgage product
