Candidates must have considerable proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in security, incident response, or security architecture design. Demonstrable experience working with enterprise organizations is required, along with comfort in a fast-paced environment managing multiple engagements. Strong self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and robust communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills are essential. The role also requires strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to understand complex architectures, and technical understanding in endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust, and MDR/XDR. Experience with Threat Intelligence solutions and an understanding of Incident Response and investigation methodology are necessary. The ability to travel to customer locations and events is also a requirement.
The Sales Engineer will deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations, configure product installations and customizations during Proof of Value (POV) engagements, and collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements. They will also provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support technical sales and competitive messaging. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to gain mind-share and ensure project success, supporting the Israel Sales Team in presenting CrowdStrike’s security platform, up-selling existing accounts, and managing renewals.
