Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across time zones and geographies
  • Manage resources for Sales Engineering Calls
  • Ensure quick turnaround in accommodating Sales Engineering Requests from sales and partner organizations
  • Provide sales team with necessary technical expertise to sell products
  • Identify enhancements, prioritize features, and provide justification in collaboration with Product Team
  • Provide consultative support to key internal/external stakeholders and evangelize the product
  • Perform Technical Discoveries with partners and customers, deliver feedback to Product Management
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to be a Subject Matter Expert
  • Map customer requirements to product offerings
  • Accelerate opportunities through the funnel via presales process solutions
  • Sell solutions through compelling software demonstrations for partners, prospects, and clients
  • Deliver custom product demonstrations focused on customer's key business drivers
  • Support sales by contributing to RFPs
  • Acquire end-user feedback and product ideas for product development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and gather updates on product enhancements/releases
  • Architect solutions addressing client/partner needs via payment gateway and acquiring services
  • Maintain expertise in all ecommerce, in-person, and omnichannel payment/acquiring solutions
  • Define and articulate technical best practices to clients and partners
  • Partner with sales team to acquire new clients and up-sell/cross-sell existing clients
  • Articulate and demonstrate how solutions meet client/partner needs
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle to drive closes
  • Engage with internal teams to relay market feedback and input into new solution designs
  • Periodically lead internal product training sessions for sales and client-facing teams
  • Periodically participate as subject matter expert at industry conferences
