Requirements

  • Proven experience in the IT industry in a similar function (preferably 5–7 years of related experience)
  • Fluency in Swedish (mandatory)
  • Business fluency in English
  • Driving license and readiness for business travel within Sweden
  • Experience in the field with a mindset to learn and grow around the F5 solution portfolio
  • Ability to solve complex problems by applying innovative perspectives to existing solutions
  • Ability to operate independently but as a team player
  • Ability to contribute to process improvements and provide informal guidance to junior staff
  • Ability to resolve problems using established solutions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with sales reps, business partners, and end users to design and configure systems based on customer requirements, offering product recommendations, and exploring alternative configurations for optimal solutions
  • Resolving design configuration issues, running revisions, and providing training to sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and their usage
  • Staying updated on new product introductions, maintaining product certifications, and ensuring technical proficiency
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations, vendor training sessions, and product demonstrations to showcase how solutions meet client needs
  • Educating partners, inside sales teams, and technicians on products and solutions to enhance their understanding and capabilities
