Proven experience in the IT industry in a similar function (preferably 5–7 years of related experience)
Fluency in Swedish (mandatory)
Business fluency in English
Driving license and readiness for business travel within Sweden
Experience in the field with a mindset to learn and grow around the F5 solution portfolio
Ability to solve complex problems by applying innovative perspectives to existing solutions

Ability to contribute to process improvements and provide informal guidance to junior staff
Ability to resolve problems using established solutions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Collaborating with sales reps, business partners, and end users to design and configure systems based on customer requirements, offering product recommendations, and exploring alternative configurations for optimal solutions
Resolving design configuration issues, running revisions, and providing training to sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and their usage
Staying updated on new product introductions, maintaining product certifications, and ensuring technical proficiency
Preparing and delivering technical presentations, vendor training sessions, and product demonstrations to showcase how solutions meet client needs
Educating partners, inside sales teams, and technicians on products and solutions to enhance their understanding and capabilities
