Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally at a technical or infra company
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience using common tools like SFDC, Gong, Zoom, Slack, etc
  • Strong understanding of Sales Methodologies and Qualifications (Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPICED)
  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in building and utilizing reporting systems to track progress, analyze gaps, and measure effectiveness of onboarding programs
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator

Responsibilities

  • Own new hire onboarding for sales—curriculum design, facilitation, and certification that reduce ramp time and drive measurable improvement in AE and SDR productivity
  • Build programs that help sellers explain Baseten’s platform and AI infra concepts clearly
  • Design and deliver multi-modal training programs with a mix of live and in-person, async learning, coaching plans, playbooks and more
  • Determine program KPIs and leverage data to report out on new hire onboarding progress, impact to ramp time, make changes to program as necessary to deliver impact where needed
  • Coach and develop sales talent through roleplays, deal reviews, and feedback
  • Partner with product and solutions teams to turn technical updates into enablement materials
