Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling financial services opportunities
Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M+
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience selling opportunities in the insurance field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

Shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service
Close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings
Play a role in originating opportunities in addition to qualification, shaping, selling, negotiating and closing
Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies and practices
Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities
