The Sales Director will develop and implement successful sales practices to drive revenue expansion and professional growth within the assigned region, focusing on the Employee Benefits Vertical. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong producer relationships, achieving sales goals through consultation and negotiation, identifying new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers, and managing the inforce block of business for integrated sales. The role also involves leading assigned RFP efforts, staying updated on new products, improving selling skills, and providing timely pipeline and forecast updates.
