Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Account Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts, integrating Abridge’s solutions into client workflows to address their specific needs, aligning with our mission to support better healthcare communication
  • Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with various client stakeholders, including IT, clinical, and operational leaders, to present the full value of Abridge’s technology, establishing long-term partnerships rooted in Abridge’s guiding principles of trust and transparency
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities within existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of Abridge’s solutions and recognize the sustained value we deliver
  • ROI and Value Articulation: Present ROI and other key metrics, demonstrating how Abridge’s solutions drive clinical efficiency, reduce provider burnout, and improve patient engagement, in keeping with our commitment to transparency and value-driven relationships
  • Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction, ensuring clients consistently experience Abridge’s core values of integrity, empathy, and accountability
