Candidates must have enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, specifically within financial services, blockchain, or fintech. Preferred experience includes working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency, and formalizing co-sell motions with technology partners. A strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is essential, along with a proven track record of overachievement in enterprise sales and an entrepreneurial, relentless hunting attitude. Fluency in English is required.
The Sales Director, APAC will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by prospecting, qualifying new opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers. This role involves navigating complex enterprise accounts, coordinating across key stakeholders, planning territories and accounts, and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM. Collaboration with Fireblocks BDRs and the GTM team is also a key responsibility.
