  • Tech-comfortable with experience in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or lead enrichment tools as a plus

  • Drive to hunt, connect, and convert with realistic potential to earn $100K+ (100% commission role)

Responsibilities

  • Own the top of the funnel: identify, mine, and qualify potential property owners using lead systems, permit databases, and enrichment tools (Airbnb, PropStream, OwnerPoint, etc.)
  • Get creative with outreach: personalize emails, texts, and messages to get replies and stand out
  • Set the table: schedule qualified appointments between homeowners and Regional GMs
  • Collaborate directly with leadership (National Sales Director) to refine outreach strategy, messaging, and targets
  • Track and optimize: log activities and results in HubSpot, measure performance, and constantly look for ways to out-perform yourself
