Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media. They will identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges, and schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives. Responsibilities also include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Participation in sales training and professional development is also expected.
