Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions effectively, and manage a high volume of warm leads
  • Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce or Pipedrive and sales engagement/outreach tools (highly desirable)
  • A genuine collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Experience with freemium/Product-Led Growth (PLG) models (a significant advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Strategically engage freemium users to convert them directly to paid accounts or qualify them as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Continuously analyze and improve the freemium-to-paid journey and conversion funnel, optimizing both Onfido’s and Signhost’s PLG funnels
  • Scale targeted outbound efforts and execute campaigns to support two distinct product lines (Identity Verification and Signhost E-Signature), generating leads across both SMB and Enterprise segments
  • Manage and drive the entire PLG process for the Identity segment in FY26, significantly increasing its strategic importance and impact
