Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
Proven ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions effectively, and manage a high volume of warm leads
Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce or Pipedrive and sales engagement/outreach tools (highly desirable)
A genuine collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Experience with freemium/Product-Led Growth (PLG) models (a significant advantage)
Responsibilities
Strategically engage freemium users to convert them directly to paid accounts or qualify them as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Continuously analyze and improve the freemium-to-paid journey and conversion funnel, optimizing both Onfido’s and Signhost’s PLG funnels
Scale targeted outbound efforts and execute campaigns to support two distinct product lines (Identity Verification and Signhost E-Signature), generating leads across both SMB and Enterprise segments
Manage and drive the entire PLG process for the Identity segment in FY26, significantly increasing its strategic importance and impact
