The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments. They will collaborate with the wider sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads, qualify these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding, generate emails sequences, make cold-calls, conduct follow-up calls and emails, and support marketing activities and prospect touchpoints.
