Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers and other calling specific tech

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities across a book of business spanning several industries
  • Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts
  • Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer, and other prospecting tools
