Responsibilities

  • Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods
  • Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
  • Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to our free trial
  • Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of the growing SDR team
  • Execute against monthly goals
  • Live in Slack and monitor for new signups, engaging them directly to schedule meetings with the sales org and the customer
  • Attend regular industry events around Europe and be the face of Hightouch in the market
  • Work closely with Partner and Marketing teams
  • Generate top of the funnel leads and build foundational processes and strategies for the commercial sales team
