Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door prospecting at target businesses (F&B, frozen/chilled food, pet food, etc.)
  • Perform cold calling to reach decision-makers and generate interest
  • Represent NinjaCold at industry events/expos to network and source leads
  • Carry out digital outreach (LinkedIn, email, DMs) to build awareness and book appointments
  • Generate 10-15 new leads per week across all outreach channels (field, phone, events, online)
  • Qualify leads, capture accurate contact details, and record business requirements
  • Set up appointments/meetings for senior sales representatives with decision-makers
  • Book 8-10 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM/Google Sheets
  • Prepare weekly activity reports covering outreach and appointments booked
  • Share market insights (competitor activity, customer challenges, trends) with the sales team
  • Contribute relevant market insights in reports or team discussions when significant observations are made
