  • Looking for a 6-month internship in the sportswear, consumer goods, or fashion industry
  • Previous work experience in a similar position, as an intern
  • Comfortable working in an international office environment
  • Curious and proactive, likes asking questions, digging into data, and understanding the bigger picture behind the numbers
  • Comfortable working with Excel and enjoys using these tools to turn insights into action

Responsibilities

  • Key Account Support:
  • Conduct weekly sell through analysis to identify opportunities and adjust open to buy plans
  • Monitor logistics data (service and availability rates)
  • Coordinate referencing information and product sheets during sell in periods
  • Manage samples and follow up after sell in
  • Coordinate product copies and pictures for online and retail visibility
  • Value Channel Support:
  • Prepare and send close out lists to centrally managed accounts
  • Follow up on order entry and confirmations with account sales reps
  • Maintain referencing master files and track sell through on flash sales
  • Support seasonal close out strategy definition with the Value Channel Director
  • Monitor close out inventory weekly
  • Prepare Sell-In Meetings
  • Sales Operations Support:
  • Perform market data analysis
  • Support the team on several operational topics
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis
  • Being trained and exposed to advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI analysis
