Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or have 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry. A passion for improving player experience, problem-solving, and promoting positivity is essential. Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, along with the knowledge and ability to increase revenues and control expenses, is required. The ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses is also a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

The Player Development Executive will drive net revenue through proactive sales tactics and promote outstanding services to new and existing VIP customers. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with premier players, driving key VIP sales metrics, and executing against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming. The role involves compiling and analyzing data to identify trends, offering solution-based suggestions to enhance customer experience, and participating in the escalation process to resolve customer issues.
