4+ years experience from working in a global compensation function
Experience leading company-wide projects with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Own the quarterly sales incentive program and process
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to run a successful program
Provide professional guidance on compensation programs which consist of cash and long-term incentives
Work closely with HRBPs and leads of the business you support and provide them with relevant analytics and insights
Lead and support broad-based compensation processes including the annual compensation review, promotion window, pay equity analysis, and many more
Work closely with the Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers
Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations for existing Spotify employees
