Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in global sales compensation operations, preferably within a high-growth or enterprise SaaS setting. A strong history of designing and administering incentive compensation plans across various go-to-market functions is required, along with proficiency in analytics and financial modeling. Hands-on experience with sales compensation platforms like CaptivateIQ and CRM systems such as Salesforce is essential, as is comfort in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills, along with a strong sense of ownership, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Compensation Manager will lead the annual sales compensation design process for all commission-bearing roles, including AEs, SDRs, SEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Post-Sales. Responsibilities include administering monthly/quarterly comp plans and payouts accurately and transparently, owning SPIFFs and short-term incentive programs from design to rollout, and collaborating with Finance, HR, and GTM leadership on planning, quota setting, and modeling. The role also involves providing reporting and analytics on attainment, plan effectiveness, and ROI, maintaining clear compensation policies and documentation, and evaluating/improving sales compensation tools and processes to support company scale.
