Responsibilities

The Sales Communication Coordinator will write, design, and deploy mass email communications for leads and renewing current residents, develop and deploy targeted sales campaign messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates, monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive conversions, create and refine messaging strategies for university lists and targeted prospect segments, update and optimize website banners to align with sales campaigns and promotions, create repeatable, scalable sales campaigns that can be executed across multiple markets, and collaborate with regional leasing specialists to align personalized outbound touchpoint messaging with the larger campaign strategies. They will also collaborate with the web experience team for sales messaging on websites using strategies, such as A/B testing, to optimize conversion rates.
