Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management
  • Minimum 15 years full-time education
  • GCC Market Expertise: Minimum 5–6 years of sales experience in the GCC, with strong knowledge of the local CMT client landscape, market dynamics, and business culture
  • CMT Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with telecom, media, entertainment, or technology clients on digital, cloud, data, or large-scale transformation engagements
  • Sales Experience from Competition: Ideally from Tier-1 consulting or SI firms, with clear exposure to Accenture’s competitive positioning, go-to-market approach, and pricing strategies
  • Enterprise Sales & Account Management: Strong track record in managing large CMT accounts, engaging CXOs, and closing complex, multi-service line deals
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution: Ability to work closely with solutioning, delivery, and global teams to co-create compelling value propositions and drive deal success
  • Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management (Must-have skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service
  • Shepherd the deal to develop the win strategy, negotiation strategy, and close plan
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills
  • Take responsibility for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
