Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Participate in customer education to support sales representatives and achieve commercial success with Neptune S portfolio
  • Pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts
  • Learn to manage a territory effectively and grow business in line with national sales objectives
  • Implement and deliver training sessions/workshops on Stryker products to nurses, theatre practitioners, and surgeons
  • Understand customer needs, promote/sell products, and apply basic selling, presenting, and negotiation techniques
  • Manage product provision channels (consignment kits, loan service) to suit customer needs
  • Provide day-to-day customer service in specified hospitals, building relationships with key personnel and responding promptly to requests
  • Prioritize appropriate medical care and recommend suitable products
  • Collaborate with sales team and Business Unit Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service, attending training meetings and conferences
  • Demonstrate outstanding ethics, respect, and positive representation of Stryker
  • Conduct product trials and evaluations in theatre/clinical environments
