Responsibilities

Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining existing customers, supporting penetration, and product conversions with new customers
Assist in attaining established sales goals, including market share objectives in prescribed territory
Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio, and customer knowledge to improve sales outcomes
Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge
Present, demonstrate, and ensure accurate utilization of DePuy Synthes products
Support customers by attending surgeries, assuring proper equipment availability and performance, optimizing trays, and providing Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation
Troubleshoot, provide technical assistance, handle customer requests, and lead hospital billing/build/close purchase orders
Share key customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams
Prepare sales reports and documents as needed
Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets, ensuring product availability
Maintain promotional materials in a presentable manner and ensure services meet highest quality standards
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and improving customer insights
