Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of experience in the energy field or solar industry, experience with Energy Toolbase, Helioscope, and Microsoft Excel, and possess high attention to detail along with excellent analytical and project management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills, are also necessary.
The Sales Associate will interface with customers and local teams to gather utility data and customer preferences, run initial portfolio reviews, manage sales document templates, draft key paperwork and contracts, conduct preliminary pricing analysis, collaborate with development and engineering teams to create solar energy proposals, support sales manager pitches, work collaboratively with various teams to move contracts through approval processes, field new interest, and develop a database of leads for sales outreach.
