Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing a growth plan for a defined territory (Scotland)
  • Support the organisation and delivery of training sessions and workshops on Stryker’s Endoscopy Visualisation products to surgeons, nurses, and theatre practitioners
  • Manage day-to-day account activities: addressing stock and instrument needs and ensuring customers have what they need
  • Help maintain strong customer service levels by building relationships with hospital staff, understanding their needs, and responding to their requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor consignment stock levels, conduct theatre audits, and use digital tools (e.g., iPad app) to manage inventory
  • Assist with product trials and evaluations in clinical settings
  • Collaborate on business planning: record customer interactions, set weekly/monthly goals, and prioritise opportunities
  • Uphold Stryker’s ethical standards in all interactions, acting with integrity, respect, and professionalism
  • Support Endoscopy Sales Representatives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders
