  • Successful completion of in-house product training program

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products
  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff on proper use, maintenance, functionality, updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
  • Tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge
  • Advise on appropriate product selection
  • Answer customer questions about product functionality
  • Distinguish Stryker products from competitors
  • Adjust time to focus on high-value customer and market activities
  • Negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and customers
  • Solve customer complaints and questions
  • Command knowledge of all products, including functionality, features, and differentiators from competitors, and disseminate to customers
  • Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly
