Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Essential)
  • Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • 2+ years in Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Strategy, or related consulting roles (Preferred)
  • Experience in FMCG or organized trade industries (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Effectiveness Initiatives: Lead client engagements focused on improving sales force productivity, territory planning, and performance management
  • Consultative Selling & Client Engagement: Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with global strategies and local market dynamics
  • Lead Generation & Market Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts in collaboration with SA&I Business Partners
  • Project Delivery & Implementation: Manage end-to-end delivery of sales effectiveness projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction
  • Training & Enablement: Educate clients on NIQ’s sales effectiveness tools and methodologies through workshops and hands-on training sessions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Category Management, Analytics, and Commercial to ensure integrated client solutions
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a regional expert in sales effectiveness, contributing to industry discussions and promoting best practices
