Requirements
Candidates should possess the ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities, demonstrating a passion for assisting others. They should be able to work weekends and evenings, and have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Furthermore, candidates are expected to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license within two weeks of starting employment.
Responsibilities

They will prepare and bind quotes through Jerry’s carriers, effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate the customer’s purchase. Additionally, the agent will provide attentive, high-energy conversations to ensure customer needs are met, and contribute to the overall mission of helping car owners save time and money.
