Requirements

Candidates should possess experience with configuring or supporting/implementing software solutions, ideally content management software, and experience working in a consulting role. Familiarity with life sciences industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to drug safety and pharmacovigilance is desirable. The role requires the ability to analyze customer requirements, contribute to solution design, and troubleshoot issues within a system.

Responsibilities

As a Safety Consultant, you will actively collaborate with customers to design and implement Veeva Vault Safety solutions, analyze customer requirements, support solution design, and contribute to system design workstreams. You will work with customers to define deployment plans, key performance indicators, and post-live governance, troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices. Furthermore, you will act as a customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams, and drive change management methodology at customer sites.
