Responsibilities

As a SaaS Implementation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects, creating and managing detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource assignments, and budgets. You will establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on goals and expectations, manage ongoing communications and status reporting, identify and mitigate project risks using structured approaches, and maintain documentation such as risk logs, change control records, and lessons learned.
