2+ years as business analyst in consulting or startups preferably in supply chain domain
Proficient in supply chain components and methodologies
Experience in supply chain solutioning
Familiarity with common ERP, TMS, WMS, supply chain planning tools etc
Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS and Google cloud platforms
Demonstrated presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
Demonstrated written communication skills
Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues in time
Strong project management skills and ability to run projects on his own
Effective presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
Ability to effectively team with others in a large, global organization
Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights

Exposure to Supply Chain consulting/transformation projects in at least one of the following domains (Planning: forecasting, demand planning/sensing, supply planning, integrated business planning, and S&OP; Sourcing & Procurement: supplier B2B, eProcurement, and supplier catalogs; Supply Chain Strategy: network design, sustainability, and control towers; Fulfillment: Inventory management inventory strategy, segmentation, and omni-channel)
Demonstrated problem solving skills to understand business requirements, dig into the details, ask right questions, and communicate business problems and outcomes effectively
Self-starter who enjoys strategic problem-solving and guiding client requirements, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details
Work with consultants to define the solution and implementation approach
Good storytelling capability to create impactful pitch decks
Drive execution of internal processes to ensure smooth day to day functioning of the CoE
Proven project delivery track record
Draft proposals, set up objectives and help in drawing an action plan for prospective clients
Apply nonfunctional requirements and technical knowledge in the MAG Cloud domain to drive design of a robust solution
Experience in performing qualitative and quantitative process assessments to enable a clear lens on enterprise process performance and gaps
Numerical analysis visualization using MS Office tools
Strategic analysis on key capability areas to focus on against market trends and development
