Requirements

Relevant experience in contracting, sourcing, procurement, contract lifecycle management, strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, intelligent procurement, responsible and resilient procurement, or mergers and acquisitions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with digital sourcing and procurement solutions such as Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, GEP (either in implementations or as an end user)
Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure (desirable)
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL (additional advantage)

Responsibilities

Deliver contracting, sourcing, and procurement engagements across contract lifecycle management, strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, intelligent procurement (using tools like Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer), responsible and resilient procurement, contract lifecycle management (using Icertis), and mergers and acquisitions for clients across industries and geographies
Design contract lifecycle management operating model, including organization structure, processes, and technology enablers
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sourcing opportunities through in-depth spend analysis, market research, etc
Support execution of strategic cost reduction, zero-based budgeting, and operations value transformation programs
Support implementation of procurement solutions, including requirements gathering, technical design definition, defining test scenarios and scripts, working with application developers, and managing multiple stakeholders
Design sourcing and procurement operating model, including organization structure, processes, and technology enablers aligned to traditional and emerging business priorities (e.g., responsible sourcing principles, net zero emission targets)
Define and execute sourcing optimization initiatives, such as indirect sourcing and cost take-out, direct sourcing and should-cost modeling, category management, etc
Support business development activities, such as responding to proposal requests, conducting roadshows/demos, staffing management, people engagement, asset development, etc
