As a Route Optimization Account Advisor, you will collaborate with customers to establish measurable goals aligned with their objectives, promote and drive platform adoption, demonstrate proficiency in platform features and architecture, including hands-on capabilities with advanced configurations and integrations, onboard and train Optimization customers and partners, and continuously audit and refine documentation based on product changes and user feedback.
