Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 10 years of experience leading large-scale operations, with a minimum of 5 years managing sizable teams. Experience in managing continuous safety standards and improvement initiatives is essential, along with expertise in change management processes and handling large data sets. A Master's degree in a relevant field, experience in an NPI environment, and familiarity with autonomous vehicles or transportation dispatch are preferred. PMP certification or equivalent is also a bonus.

Responsibilities
