Requirements

  • Technical expertise in mechanics, electronics, testability, and functional safety for missile architecture
  • Knowledge of Test and Testability Policy, company processes (SID, export, BMS), and standards for security and functional safety
  • Ability to collect requirements from stakeholders (Programme MMP, CSS, RMO Eqt, PM, SDF) and propose compromises
  • Proficiency in conducting reviews, coordinating activities across Design Authority, missile design teams, production centers, client support, and test teams
  • Skills in analysis, reporting (PFA, planning, OTOCQ), and proposing solutions impacting programs
  • Experience in defining tests (parameters-tolerances-sanctions), test specifications, and ensuring test coverage
  • Capability to validate test results, maintain test definitions over the solution lifecycle, and support technical fact analysis and maintenance
  • Familiarity with missile computer (calculateur MMP/KM) specifications, validations, acceptations, embedded software interfaces, obsolescence management, and production issues (RPSS, MEL, SSD)
  • Availability for occasional travel in France, mainly in the Centre region
  • Strong communication for direct relations with Programme MMP Direction, RMO equipment, CofEx (IEL/TEF), test teams, production services (PM)

Responsibilities

  • Collect requirements from stakeholders (Programme MMP, CSS, RMO Eqt, PM, SDF), propose and agree on compromises for test equipment
  • Elaborate/consolidate/maintain testability and test requirements per Test and Testability Policy, conduct reviews
  • Coordinate activities between Design Authority (IEL or external supplier), missile design teams, production centers, client support, and test teams
  • Ensure availability of required test means for development, production, and maintenance (applicable configuration, implementation support)
  • Ensure compliance and quality with specifications, security standards, missile functional safety, and client needs
  • Approve Design Authority deliverables (DD, DjD, etc.), define acceptance conditions
  • Monitor program activity compliance (OTOCQ), analyze impacts, report (PFA, planning, progress meetings), propose solutions with Design Authority
  • Ensure correct application of company processes (SID, export, BMS) and professional practices
  • Provide support for technical fact analysis and maintenance of deployed equipment (production or client-side)
  • Define tests (parameters-tolerances-sanctions) and their implementation
  • Establish test specifications (test procedures) to meet test coverage objectives
  • Analyze and approve test results to support test equipment validation
  • Validate and justify test definition and implementation, maintain test definition throughout solution lifecycle
  • Ensure technical mastery of MMP calculateur (KM): specifications, validations, acceptances
  • Manage technical interface with system team on embedded software aspects
  • Handle production technical issues with RPSS, MEL, SSD
  • Provide technical support to industry for calculateur obsolescence
  • Ensure reporting to project and profession (dashboard)
  • Apply and promote professional and product policies
  • Contribute to overall service competency progression
