Requirements
Candidates should have 1-2+ years of experience in a risk management, internal audit, or SOX compliance role, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Risk Management. The role requires candidates to be based in Europe, ideally in Ireland or UK.
Responsibilities
The Risk & Internal Controls Associate will assist in maintaining risk and control documentation, coordinate evidence collection and control attestations, and support quarterly SOX updates including IT General Controls. They will also help update the enterprise and departmental risk registers, assist in risk assessments and RCSAs, support in monitoring and tracking Key Risk Indicators, and participate in root cause analysis for risk incidents and control failures, while also helping maintain the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.
