Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and ideally have 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and internal policies. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and PCI is a plus.
The Compliance and Risk Analyst I will assist in maintaining and updating compliance and risk management frameworks, supporting risk assessments, and managing the compliance and risk controls library. They will conduct regular testing and monitoring of compliance controls, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions, and supporting investigations of compliance-related issues to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
