Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent as per 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) for degrees outside the US) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee and customer training to ensure safe and effective product use that optimizes patient care
  • Facilitate technical problem solving related to products and therapies with customers and employees to optimize patient care
  • Provide feedback to product development, education, and marketing teams regarding product performance to improve future offerings
  • Partner with key personnel to identify opportunities for and barriers to improving district performance
  • Assist in the awareness of the total CVG portfolio as needed to advocate for Medtronic solutions
  • Support clinical research efforts (pre-market, post-market, and external research projects) at activated clinical centers in conjunction with the field clinical organization to meet clinical requirements and enhance product knowledge
  • Formulate, deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower level professionals
  • Work independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions
  • Coach and review the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects/processes
  • Be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area and contribute to work group objectives through building relationships and consensus
  • Make improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements
  • Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to exchange information, achieve objectives, and influence decision-making
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area; may manage projects requiring delegation and review of others' work
