Requirements

3+ years of DAS design experience (iDAS, DRAN)
iBwave Level 1+ certification
Strong grasp of RF link budgets, propagation models, and wireless technologies (3G–5G, mmWave, CBRS, PS)
Hands-on experience with OEMs like Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus
Excellent client engagement and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end DAS networks (cellular & public safety) using iBwave for in-building and stadium deployments
Conduct RF site surveys, analyze data, and translate findings into scalable designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PMO, Ops, Engineering) to define scope and ensure constructability
Optimize network performance using simulation tools and real-world data
Stay current with carrier requirements and OEM updates (Commscope, Corning, JMA, ADRF, Solid)
Produce close-out packages, submittals, and reports
Ensure compliance with local AHJ codes and project specs
