Requirements

  • 3+ years of DAS design experience (iDAS, DRAN)
  • iBwave Level 1+ certification
  • Strong grasp of RF link budgets, propagation models, and wireless technologies (3G–5G, mmWave, CBRS, PS)
  • Hands-on experience with OEMs like Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Excellent client engagement and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end DAS networks (cellular & public safety) using iBwave for in-building and stadium deployments
  • Conduct RF site surveys, analyze data, and translate findings into scalable designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PMO, Ops, Engineering) to define scope and ensure constructability
  • Optimize network performance using simulation tools and real-world data
  • Stay current with carrier requirements and OEM updates (Commscope, Corning, JMA, ADRF, Solid)
  • Produce close-out packages, submittals, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with local AHJ codes and project specs
