Requirements

5+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, and/or Revenue Operations with emphasis on instructional design, training, and facilitation
Proven track record of improving the output of sellers and reducing deal cycle length across a distributed team
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
Expertise designing and operating robust sales onboarding and upskilling programs for organizations of 50+ sellers
Excellent learning and development fundamentals, especially with regard to written communication, learning design, visual design, and training facilitation

Responsibilities

Ideate, develop, deliver, and maintain the Partnership Sales Onboarding and Upskilling Programs
Support the enhancement of the Revenue Enablement function
Equip sellers with critical knowledge and skills necessary to meet and exceed their goals
Drive the success of the Partnerships Sales team
