Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, listen to calls, and propose solutions to GTM challenges
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure teams have the right fact base and assumptions on revenue performance
  • Run an end-to-end problem-solving cycle independently
  • Influence at all levels of the organization
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, prospects, and partners
  • Drive change and defend recommendations at all levels of the organization
  • Work on projects such as improving BDR meeting conversion rates, AE negotiation, and product health metrics
