Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (current green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158 (to comply with U.S. export regulations)
  • 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM systems role
  • Expert HubSpot power user (expertise in daily administration, advanced workflow automation, custom object creation, and long-term roadmap design)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HubSpot subject matter expert and strategist, owning daily administration, advanced workflow automation, custom object creation, and long-term roadmap design
  • Own and scale GTM tech stack, evaluating, implementing, and integrating tools (e.g., Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other RevOps platforms) for a seamless ecosystem
  • Architect end-to-end revenue process from lead generation and routing to pipeline management, forecasting, and close
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities; design and implement scalable solutions for operational excellence and predictability
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, pipeline health analysis, and forecast accuracy
  • Build and maintain single source of truth for all revenue metrics, ensuring accuracy and visibility
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting for actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow optimization, campaign attribution, and full-funnel analytics
  • Partner with Finance on bookings, ARR reconciliation, and revenue data alignment
  • Act as connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Finance for data hygiene, accurate reporting, and clear accountability
  • Drive adoption of new processes and best practices across GTM teams for consistent execution and shared success metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build, manage, and optimize operational engine for ABM strategy, including target account list management, data enrichment, and performance tracking in HubSpot
  • Ensure GTM systems and processes support ABM campaign execution and reporting
