Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable, high-performing data and analytics enterprise solutions, with a minimum of 3 years of experience building scalable, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau, including executive-level reporting and data storytelling. Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, Java) are required, along with a business acumen and a customer or sales-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Revenue Operations Lead, Business Intelligence, you will collaborate with sales and client service leaders to gather business requirements, develop prototypes, and iterate on visualizations that enable decision-making. You will develop operational and executive dashboards to support business rhythm, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives, ensuring reports align with sales metrics and revenue KPIs. You will complete ad hoc data requests, act as owner and administrator of reporting tools, design and maintain data pipelines, partner with data and engineering teams to develop data sources, assess and refine data, document metric requirements, and identify opportunities to improve data architecture and governance. You will also proactively identify opportunities to enhance data management practices and influence data strategy, and balance and prioritize multiple requirements with high attention to detail.
