  • 2+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or related position
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that would impact efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and act as a central resource for Revenue Operations Analysts to ensure alignment and efficiency across revenue processes
  • Train and onboard new Revenue Operations Analysts, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed for success
  • Assist with other tasks needed in different departments to achieve all company business objectives
  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
  • Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
  • Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
  • Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting process
  • Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
