Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Google sheets, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyse revenue and sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and improve forecasting models, dashboards, and reports to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and performance
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline operational workflows and drive process improvements
  • Manage and optimise tools such as CRM, sales engagement platforms, and reporting systems
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue funnel
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance and operational best practices
  • Support territory planning and Account scoring models
  • Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to align revenue reporting and business insights
