Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS campaign, integrated, or revenue marketing roles
  • A proven track record of planning and executing campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue
  • Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, campaign orchestration and attribution
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, especially working with Sales, Partnerships and other Marketing functions
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns targeting key ICPs and segments, driving qualified leads and pipeline across Sales-led motion (Campaign Ownership)
  • Act as the voice of Marketing for Sales, clearly communicating asks and priorities and partnering with GTM Enablement to ensure Sales and Partnerships have what they need to activate campaigns successfully (Sales ↔ Marketing Interlock & Enablement)
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Brand to turn messaging and positioning into audience-driven programs that move prospects through the funnel (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM Operations to define success metrics, track sourced and influenced pipeline and continuously optimise programs for ROI (Campaign Attribution & Optimisation)
  • Ensure campaigns drive consistent engagement and value from awareness through to deal acceleration (Full-Funnel Thinking)
